No. We ship supplies directly from warehouses to your home, eliminating the need for retail space.

In the instances in which supplies are not covered by your insurance provider, you are able to purchase supplies out of your pocket. However, in some cases a prescription for those supplies will be required.

We work primarily with Medicaid and Medicare. Within the New Hampshire Medicaid program we work with Wellsense, NH Healthy Families, and Amerihealth.

Once orders are received, including any necessary prescriptions or prior authorizations, orders are typically received within 2 business days. Note that there can be exceptions to this estimate due to availability of certain supplies and speed with which we receive proper documentation from your physician’s office.

Minuteman primarily provides disposable medical supplies including, but not limited to the following: Nutritional, Urological, Ostomy, Incontinence, Diabetic, Wound Care, Breast Pumps, etc.

Yes. Minuteman Medical is an approved Medicare provider and ACHC accredited.

Yes. Minuteman Medical is an approved Medicaid provider and ACHC accredited.

Home delivery is free in most instances. An exception to this would be for patients who are self-pay and incur a shipping fee that might be passed along.
